Byron Writers Festival
Three days with story creators and idea makers in one of the world’s most beautiful coastal settings. At Byron Writers Festival 2019 (2-4 August) more than 140 guest writers and thinkers will converge on Byron Bay to celebrate the power of words with Festival audiences.
Byron Writers Festival gives audiences the freedom to wander between six stages, choosing from sessions spanning topics such as the environment, social issues, the arts, science, crime, poetry, politics, memoir and fiction.
This year’s line up features Behrouz Boochani, Leigh Sales, Benjamin Law, Min Jin Lee, Markus Zusak, Sisonke Msimang, Bruce Pascoe, and Alison Lester. All guests to be announced when the Full Program is launched 12 June.
