Stroud Rodeo and Campdraft

The Stroud Rodeo is a premier rodeo event included in the top ten in Australia, attracting more than 800 competitors and 1,000 entries.

On Friday, a full campdrafting program is held in conjunction with the rodeo include bulldogging and barrel racing.

Saturday’s events include bull riding and bronco riding. A ‘Maximum Points’ venue on the National Circuit, the Stroud Rodeo puts forward prize money of more than AUD30,000. The event enables donations to various charities which have exceeded AUD350,000 since its inception, with cancer research being the main beneficiary.

The Stroud Rodeo is an international standard venue providing all weather seating for spectators. Visitors are not allowed to bring their own alcohol and no glass is permitted at the venue. Security reserve the right to search all vehicles.
