Drawing Fundamentals with Jill Cairns

This 8 week course will investigate traditional and contemporary observations and ideas with dry medium.

The lessons will be divided into three areas of medium; Graphite, Charcoal and Pastel. Each week you will explore traditional skills and then a follow up with contemporary ideas and technique to extend the medium. A range of exercises will be available to beginners and advanced participants.

Jill Cairns is a landscape artist who loves to express through various mediums. Drawing is a strong basis for all her work to give a powerful sense of rhythm in the environment. Mark making is her excitement!
