“On Fuego” – Cooking with Fire at the Whitton Malt House
The Whitton Malt House will be hosting two events called “On Fuego”. Showcasing local produce cooked with fire (BBQ, spit, coals and more!) plus craft beverages, entertainment and more.
The daytime event will be held around the grounds by the lake, with cooking demonstrations, local musicians, food stalls, cocktails, beer and wines. BBQ displays, tips and tricks on cooking with fire will be shared – plus delicious food available. This is the perfect family day out or early Father’s Day gift. That night, the Whitton Malt House will become “On Feugo after dark” with a four-course menu, live entertainment and a spectacular Burlesque performance… this is not to be missed.
Chef Rod Pieper will be joined by popular Texan Pitmaster Joey Victorian, who will be coming to Australia for this inaugural event. His passion for cooking with fire is something not to be missed. VIP tickets for both events are on sale – for the chance to meet Joey and be wined and dined throughout the day by the Whitton Malt House team.
