“So you want to Live on a Farm” Great Lakes Food Trail Dinner
Guest speakers will lead a discussion on the great Australian dream of moving out of the city and moving to the country in search of a better lifestyle at a local produce dinner organised by The Great Lakes Food Trail.
As well as sampling some of the fabulous local produce from leading chefs in the region, attendees at the dinner being held in Bulahdelah will be able to learn about life on a farm with tips and techniques for setting up farming enterprises on the coast.

Brett Cooper, a well-known local permaculture expert, will speak on setting up a small farm operation; and Great Lakes Food Trail producer as well as Mid Coast Landcare Farmer of the Year, Andrew Yeo will speak on the tips and traps of farming on the coast.
