The village of Coolongolook is located on the pacific highway and is a major service centre for locals, thousands of daily travellers and truck operators.
Hidden within the village is the Crawford river, deep forests, farm gates, a winery and meandering country drives.
The village is popular with boaters and paddlers as they explore the back reaches of Wallis Lake.
