Darawank is a small village area located approximately 10 kilometres north along the Lakes Way Road towards Taree where the road meets the Wallamba River. It is close to the twin towns of Forster-Tuncurry. Darawank is Aboriginal for “Dark Waters”. There is a fantastic holiday park on the rivers edge to enjoy an array of water sports.
